How to create and setup up the event·hapily Check In Page

1. Create a webpage:
   • Within your HubSpot portal click Content > Website Pages in the side bar.
     
   • Create a new page by clicking Create > Website Page in the top right
     
   • Select any template as a starting point
     • Since the check in page will only need a single module a basic template will work. For example, you can use the "Blank" Event hapily blue template 
       
2. Add and configure the hapily Check-In Module:
   • In the modules section, search for the "hapily Check In" module. Drag and drop the module on the webpage
   • Configure the hapily Check In module settings
     • Session: For dynamic check in pages this fields should be left blank
     • Subtitle and Title: To help communicate what Session this page is for to your team, you can use the Subtitle and Title fields.
     • Search Fields: The check in module will search for hapily registrant records associated to the Session you selected earlier. You can choose up to 3 Registrant properties to use in this search under the Search Fields section.
     • Check-In Result Fields: You can choose which Registrant properties to display once the search results load as well! Like with the Search Fields section, you can select up to 3 properties.
     • No Results Message: Should the search come up empty, you can even customize the message that appears under the No Results Message field.
