How to | Add Lead Capture Users

Add your team, scan leads, close deals

There are two ways to add new users to the hapily Lead Capture app — either automatically (when they sign up with a matching company email domain) or manually (by sending an invitation yourself).

This guide explains both methods and how user management works inside the hapily admin portal.


Method 1: Users Sign Up Themselves

If someone from your company downloads the hapily Lead Capture app and signs in with their work email, we’ll automatically add them to your company account — as long as their email domain matches the one connected to your hapily account.

How It Works

  1. The user downloads the hapily Lead Capture app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. They sign in using their company email (e.g., name@yourcompany.com).

  3. If the email domain matches your hapily account domain, they’ll be automatically added to your team.

What You’ll See

When this happens, you’ll get an email notification that says something like:

“Heads up, your team is growing! A new user has been added to your hapily lead capture account.”

The email includes a button to review the new user in your Admin Portal.

From there, you can:

  • Confirm they should have access, or

  • Revoke their access by toggling the User Status switch next to their name.


Method 2: Invite Users Manually

If you’d prefer to add someone yourself (or if they haven’t downloaded the app yet), you can send an invitation directly from the hapily admin.

Steps

  1. Log in to the hapily admin at app.hapily.com.

  2. From the left-hand sidebar, click Settings → App Users.

  3. In the top right, click New User.

  4. Enter:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

  5. Click Invite.

What Happens Next

The user will receive an email invite that says they’ve been added to hapily Lead Capture. The email will include:

  • An introduction to what the app does,

  • Instructions for getting started, and

  • Links to download the app for iOS or Android.

Once they log in, they’ll immediately have access to capture leads and send them into your HubSpot account.


Important Notes

  • Users don’t need HubSpot seats to capture leads — they only need access to the hapily Lead Capture app.

  • Any user you add will be able to collect leads and sync them directly to your connected HubSpot account.

  • You can manage, deactivate, or re-invite users anytime from the App Users page in the hapily admin.
