hapily Property Reference Guide Overview
hapily adds properties to three primary HubSpot object types to manage events, registrations, lead capture, and reporting.

Contact Properties
These properties are added to standard HubSpot Contact records and are primarily used for registration, lead capture, automation, and follow-up.

Note: If an Event is updated after registrants already exist, hapily automatically syncs the event name, date/time fields, display fields, calendar links, and meeting link. Location fields are copied when the registrant is created and are not automatically updated afterward.
Zoom-Connected Properties
When a Zoom Meeting or Webinar is connected to a hapily Event (or Session), the following Event properties are automatically populated.

Note: If the Zoom meeting or webinar is updated (for example, the join URL changes), hapily automatically updates the Event record and re-syncs existing registrants so they receive the latest meeting information.
