Customers can now download all of their tickets into a spreadsheet directly from the Customer Service Portal!
If your customers have a lot of tickets, they may want to list them out onto a spreadsheet. If that's the case, you can enable the ability to download their tickets into one directly from the portal. Here's how:1. Start by logging into your hapily portal here.
2. In the left sidebar, click Customer Service Portal > General Portal Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Allow Contacts To Download Their Tickets field and switch the feature on!
4. Scroll back to the top of the page and click Update Portal Settings.
That's all there is to it! Now your customers can download tickets directly from within the portal.
