NOTE: "Service users" refers to how many HubSpot users you have in your HubSpot instance. They can all log into your Customer Service Portal and manage tickets from there.
If the amount of HubSpot users you have in your HubSpot instance exceeds the allowed amount of service users for a subscription, you will not be eligible for that subscription tier.
