How To Cancel A hapily App Subscription

Learn how to cancel subscriptions for hapily apps!

So you’re thinking about leaving us, huh? That makes us a bit teary-eyed, but we understand. To cancel an active hapily app subscription, reach out to care@hapily.com with your request and the following info:


1. The HubSpot ID you installed the app to. You can find this by logging into your HubSpot portal and clicking the name at the top right of the page. Your ID will be the long string of numbers under the Account field in the resulting menu.

2. The name of the app you wish to cancel your subscription for.

3. Any feedback or information you have to offer on why you no longer want / need the app. We’re always looking for ways to improve and want to do better in the future. So your input would be greatly appreciated!


Once you’ve done that, we’ll perform the cancellation for you. We’ll send you an email confirming that the job is done. And that’s all there is to it!
