How To Refund A Transaction In Zaybra

Zaybra makes refunding Stripe transactions from HubSpot easy. Let's go over the process.

Refunding a Transaction:

1. In the Zaybra CRM card, click Actions on the "Manage Customer In Stripe" card then click Create Stripe Refunds.
   
2. Find the transaction you want to refund and click Refund on the right side.
3. Enter the Refund amount, reason for refund, and details (optional). Then click Refund.
   
4. You will then be notified if the refund was successful or if it failed.
