How to Use Unassoci8 to Remove HubSpot Associations Using Labels

Unassoci8 allows you to remove unwanted associations based on their labels. Here's how to set it up!

NOTE: If you intend to use this workflow action to remove associations with Primary Companies, you'll need to select both the "Unlabeled" and "Primary" values in their own Unassoci8 workflow action.

You may find yourself in a situation where you need to remove a lot of associations from a record in HubSpot. If that’s the case, you can make use of Associ8’s Unassoci8 feature. Here’s how to set it up using labels:

1. Start a new workflow based around the object of your choice. For this example, I made a Deal based workflow.

2. Set the enrollment trigger to whatever you need! I used the deal’s Create Date for this example.

4. With the action opened, you’ll want to select what object type you want to unassociate the enrolled object from. For this example, I chose Contact under the Object to unassociate field.

5. Under the Unassociation label targets field, select an association label. This will unassociate the enrolled record from any contacts that have that label.

NOTE: If you choose to use labels to remove associations, make sure the "Only objects with this property..." and "...with this value" fields are left blank!
