What Is On the Customer Service Portal CRM Card?

On each Ticket, there is a CRM card that displays some helpful information and quicklinks to your agents.

To/Reply All Email: If you have a lot of Contacts attached to a Ticket, you can send an email to this email address to quickly send a message to everyone associated. It will also appear in their Portals.

Ticket URL: This is the URL of the Ticket within your Customer Service Portal
