How to | Set Registration Limits
Set a maximum capacity for your event across all registration types using a hapily registration flow.
When hosting an event in a venue with a strict maximum capacity, you need to ensure you don't overbook, even if you offer multiple different registration options. hapily allows you to set a master event-level registration limit that caps the total number of attendees, regardless of the combination of registration types acquired.
This approach allows you to:
- Prevent overbooking based on strict venue capacity limits.
- Manage overall attendance globally across multiple registration types.
- Easily toggle capacity restrictions on or off as your event needs change.
